Master/Semester Project Student: Market Analysis
We are looking for a motivated student to support market analysis activities for our next-generation endoscopy platform. You will work closely with the founding team to analyze market size, competitive landscape, pricing, and adoption dynamics in the MedTech space, with a focus on endoscopy and minimally invasive procedures.
This role is ideal for a student based in Switzerland (partially on-site) with a background in finance, business, or marketing, who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in an early-stage medical device startup.
As an EPFL spin-off, we are a fast-growing medical device startup developing breakthrough endoscopy solutions and preparing our first products for regulatory approval. Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on MedTech and endoscopy markets, including TAM, SAM, and key segments
- Analyze competitors, products, and positioning in relevant clinical areas
- Support pricing analysis, reimbursement landscape, and business model development
- Prepare materials for investors and strategic discussions
- Experience working closely with external contract manufacturers and component suppliers
- Work closely with the founding team on go-to-market strategy and commercial planning
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Currently enrolled student in Switzerland in finance, business, marketing, or related field
- Fluent in English (C1)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure market data clearly
- Interest in MedTech and startup environments
- Strong Excel skills (data analysis, modeling, and structuring)
- Comfort working in a small team with high ownership and direct impact
